1. Fill a large canning jar with water.
2. Stick in a tea bag (one as long as it is strong and cheap)
3. Put in sun for three hours.
4. Remove tea bag.
5. Place jar in fridge.
6. Enjoy with ice within a day or two! (You can add lemon, lime or mint leaves!)

I think you are onto a winner. Scots people will love this because it saves electricity. You could also add a few wasps for extra bite.
